Terms and Conditions
Promoters - All the vendors participating in the Win a Wedding @ Caboodle Competition are the collective.
Promoters.Competition is open from Thursday December 3rd 2020 until 7pm Thursday December 17th 2020.
Winner will be chosen by a panel and will be notified by phone and/or email on Monday 21st December 2020 prior to the official announcement by Mainstreet Whanganui & the participating vendors.
Entries are only valid if submitted on the official entry form above and received during the promotional period.
A maximum of one entry per person submitted will be considered. Entries sent through agents, third parties, vendor websites or multiple entries from the same person will not be valid.
The couple acknowledge that the vendors will collect name, email and phone details to be able to conduct this competition and may be used for future marketing purposes.

Prize Conditions
If applicable, travel to and from Whanganui and any travel not specified in the competition is at the expense of the Winner.
This prize is not transferable from the original Winner to other persons.
The agreed date of the prize of 23 January 2021 is not transferable to another date.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, vouchers or other products or services with the vendors.
The Winners are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) any food and beverage costs not specified in the prize package, hireage, travel costs, wedding attire, insurances and all other incidentals not stated.
Some products or services can be extended or added to and will be charged accordingly at the normal rate set by the individual vendors if the Winners wish to employ additional products or services.
Any other service or request not listed in the prize can also be organised and must be paid for in full by the Winner before the service or product is used.
Personal Information
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose.
Any copyright associated with an entry will be owned by the promoters of the Win a Wedding @ Caboodle.
All personal information provided by entrants will be held by vendor participants and will not be provided to third parties unless otherwise specifically set out. Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information.
Winner selection
All eligible entries will go into the prize draw to be decided by a panel on no later than December 19th 2020 and the winner will be notified by phone or email.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years and over, be living in New Zealand and have a partner at time of entry.
The Promoters and their employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries.
The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value from any of the vendors participating.
The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this competition or with any prizes offered.
This competition is subject to the laws of New Zealand.
Both the Promoters and you, and any party which uses or takes the benefit of any prize awarded, accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
If the winner(s) can’t be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control, then the promoters reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Prizes are personal to the winners and cannot be transferred to someone else. If the winner cannot accept the prize for any reason (e.g. the winner can’t travel on the required dates), the prize will be allocated to another winner. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, vouchers or another item or service.
Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by a third party (for example, vouchers may have additional terms and conditions and/or an expiry date or in the case of travel, additional terms and conditions may be imposed by airlines, service providers and venues).
The Promoters' decision is final in relation to the selection of prize winner(s), any dispute regarding the Rules, and/or the conduct or the results of a Promotion.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or vary the Rules at any time without prior notice.
The Promoters may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if in its sole discretion that the entrant has not complied with these Rules, or if he or she has acted in a way which the promoters reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or otherwise not in the spirit of the promotion.
